When We Ship
As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we often fresh-roast our nuts and coffee, and pop our popcorn to-order. If your order is received by 3:00 p.m., Central Time, our goal is to ship it out to you the next business day. Orders received over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. During times of peak demand, such as prior to and during the holidays, there may be a slight delay (1-2 business days) prior to shipment of your order. However, we always strive to roast/pop and ship your product as quickly as possible.
Please note: We do not stockpile our product -- it is fresh-roasted or popped daily in order to provide our customers with the freshest nuts, coffee and popcorn possible. As a result, we ask that if you are anticipating placing a sizable order with us, that you please contact our Customer Service staff at 1-800-828-7688 to determine if we can meet your delivery needs as additional processing time may be required.

How We Ship
We offer the following shipping methods:
Sorry but there is no weekend service for Ground, Three Day, Second Day or Next Day delivery options. Packages are deliverable on non-holiday weekdays only (Monday - Friday).
**Please be aware that UPS does not ship to post office boxes or APOs.**

Where We Ship
We ship to any U.S. residential or commercial address where UPS delivers. We do not ship to Canada or anywhere outside the U.S. at this time.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the zip code you are shipping to, the weight of your package, and the type of shipping service selected.
You can easily obtain estimated shipping costs prior to checking out by clicking on the View Cart link at the top of the page. Then select the Shipping Rates button located on the Shopping Cart page.
Once your order has shipped, we send your tracking number to the email address you entered at checkout. Alternatively, if you have created an on-line account with us, you can check shipping status by logging into your account, here: Pear's Gourmet Account Log-In
Occasionally, a gift is returned to us by UPS. This is typically due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or when a package signature is unobtainable. In these situations, UPS charges us a returned package fee to bring the package back to our facility. Consequently, we hope that you will understand that we will not be able to process a full refund of your purchase if your order is returned to us. Please also be aware that a request to re-ship with a revised address will necessitate an additional charge to your credit card. To avoid this scenario, please double check to ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
